Just saw this snap from a fun shoot i did last year for Closer Mag, Coronation Streets 50th anniversary. It was real fun body painting the lovely Helen Flanigan, thank god we have Wigs Up North on are doorstep. Helen has left Corrie now, wishing you well in your next role.
FanFair support The Wanted
Me and Fab fellow Makeup Artist Collette Casey had a great opportunity this Friday just gone. Model friend Aimee Kearsley with my agency Nemesis has been part of a fab x4 piece girl group FanFair . Over the last year watching there Twitter and Facebook following just grow and grow, eventually they announced that they would be supporting Mega band “The Wanted“. Getting the Girls ready was a fab experience, listening to them warm up was amazing, then watching the girls makeup on the big screen as they sang live and dance and generally rocked the whole place was awesome, a band to watch out for really, a talented bunch of song writers and proformers.

He spent x2 days in a shower, one being filmed and one photographed by Clive at Pure in Leeds for the New Mira Sport shower. He is such a nice guy.

Warm Welcome to 2012
Almost straight after the clock struck 12 and we said good bye to 2011, me and Bryan Harrop stylist/great pal found ourselves to driving up the M62 on our first early morning of 2012. Camilla and Gracie bear of Lucile Lingerie had put us all together along with fab photographer Matthew Stansfield to shoot the booklet for the A/W new range steeped with history inspired by lady Duff Gordon a Deco Designer and relative of Camila. Mathilda@Boss and also a dear friend of mine Davide at Frog flowers .
With the heritage of the Brand and the beautiful location of Sutton Park York, and the stunning peaches and cream complexion of Mathilda, I knew we where on to a winner, Great start to 2012 says me

Happy New Year All!!! Yesterday I found this YouTube clip, it’s really exciting for me, as I was fortunate enough to do Bjork’s makeup for the x7 live Manchester International Festival gigs, Getting good clear videos of the makeup has been tough, also amazing that it was one of my fav songs “Thunderbolt ” from the new album Biophilia.
Plus a sneak peek at my favourite products I used 
ArtDeco eyeshadows, Krayolan Face paint and Lancôme foundation and concelor. I can tell you just how helpful Wigs up North are, we are so blessed having it on our doorsteps. Mail order shopping for colours doesn’t work for me, I like to see how things build, pigment, texture and smell.

Love Buzz Magazine and there Creative concepts, there always immense fun and the team are so much fun. Charley was a doll as well, I think my Love for Nars mutable Sticks and blushers mixed with Benefit High Beam rubbed off on her a bit.
Making the most of the Indian Summer last week

I love this picture, sometimes I take for granted all the kit I have. I do believe that having the right brushes is key to getting that professional blended look.

I have come to the conclusion that when I have my hair and makeup kit out that most girls start to get rather distracted, as they gaze over my selections. Picture was taken recently at the swish Photolink on a Kirstie McNulty shoot.

Selfridges Trafford centre Grazia evening event
Hey all, went to Selfridges Trafford centre with Nicki Gillon a very talented stylist tonight for a fashion talk from an Editor from Grazia mag, great talk and fashion show and goodie bag.
